Terahertz Conductivity of Overdoped Y1−xCaxB2Cu3O7−δ

摘要: In the current work we have investigated terahertz response of Ca overdoped YBaCuO thin films using both time and frequency domain spectroscopy methods. For methods a basic data analysis was performed two fluid variable dielectric function (VDF) models. The imaginary part conductivity proportional to 1/ω, known from delta-function response. real showed well temperature dependence, where it increases below Tc obtains maxima at about 50 K. However, sharp decrease observed 10 cm−1. This occurs becomes dominant as decreases. It on 5% 10% doped samples but more case. Moreover, this in σ2(ω)at cm−1 not optimally YBCO samples. We would like stress point that these values are much smaller than those obtained by Microwave Tunneling measurements, arguing for existence complex order parameter regime with an component 1.8 meV.
