摘要: Increasing evidence has indicated that dysregulation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) can contribute to the progression and metastasis human cancer, including HCC. Previous studies have shown lncRNA AFAP1-AS1 plays a critical role in cancer. However, roles HCC remain be determined. In present study, was found increased tissues, high expression associated with tumor size, TNM stage, vascular invasion, poor prognosis. Silencing significantly reduced cell proliferation, clonal growth, migration, invasion apoptosis vitro. Furthermore, silencing markedly growth murine allograft model vivo.
