摘要: Cervical cancer incidence and mortality is high in Uyghur ethnics. Their life style dietary habit were different from other ethnics living together. Study on the role of trace elements HPV infection cervical lesion minority needed for future intervention prevention work. In total, 833 women randomly selected screening site hospital. The concentrations As, Fe, Cd, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mn, Se determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy. Univariate analysis was performed with chi-squared test between HPV-positive HPV-negative groups case group control group. Multivariate logistic regression. An As concentration ≥ 0.02 mg/kg a risk factor (OR > 1, P 1, P < 0.05), Ni ≥0.0965 mg/kg ≥0.02 mg/kg protective factors (OR < 1, P < 0.05). Low serum concentration might be related to CIN2+ rural China.
