摘要: Adiponectin is an inflammatory cytokine produced by adipose tissue and its protective role has been recognized in the pathogenesis of obesity. A lower concentration obesity patients noted, conditions resistance to insulin, diabetes mellitus, CKD. Patients with type 2 mellitus have a potential risk atherosclerosis, while low concentrations adiponectin are considered as predictor for occurrence complications diabetes. The aim this study was investigate without diabetic nephropathy correlation levels CKD stage or degree albuminuria. We studied 119 different renal function, plasma adiponectin, BMI. statistically significant difference noted between initial end stages CKD, highest seen ESKD patients. Also, were elevated greater albuminuria (statistically groups 1 3, p=0.05). found decrease increasing (ANOVA, p<0.05). Finally, group receiving glitazones had higher compared those not receiving. It concluded that increase deterioration function enhancement albuminuria, decreasing worsens. administration associated increased adiponectin.
