摘要: Evaluation of the bone mineral density (BMD) was performed in distal femur around femoral component a total knee prosthesis. A 48 females were enrolled for this study, including 14 with osteoarthritis one undergoing arthroplasty (TKA) an Osteonics prosthesis, TKA Whiteside and 20 age-matched normal controls. The BMDs both knees measured before operation, then at 3, 6 12 months after operation. preliminary results demonstrate significant progressive decrease BMD operated TKA, whereas non-operated remains stable. ratio between began to most obvious end first year (ranging from 7% 27%).
