摘要: AIM: To investigate the apoptosis in primary gastric cancer cells induced by genistein, and relationship between this expression of bcl-2 bax. METHODS: MTT assay was used to determine cell growth inhibitory rate vitro. Transmission electron microscope TUNEL staining were quantitatively qualitatively detect before after genistein treatment. Immunohistochemical RT-PCR apoptosisassociated genes RESULTS: Genistein inhibited dose-and time-dependent manner. undergo with typically apoptotic characteristics. showed that treatment for 24 96 h, rates increased time-dependently. positivity Bcl-2 proteins apparently reduced time Bax time. After exposed at 20 μmol/L 24, 48, 72 respectively, density mRNA decreased progressively bax elongation
