摘要: Hot chili pepper and olive oil are typical foodstuff of the Calabrian agri-food chain. For their acknowledged pharmacological actions they can be considered as functional food or nutraceuticals. The evaluation both origin quality this Mediterranean foods by means high tech mass spectrometric methodologies is an added value approach that help local farmers to get important remunerative international markets.
