摘要: Methods for engineering a nucleic acid sensor molecule are provided. Biosensors comprise plurality of molecules labeled with first signaling moiety and second moiety. The recognizes target which do not naturally bind to DNA. Binding the triggers change in proximity moieties leads optical properties on biosensor. Reagents systems performing method also is useful diagnostic applications drug optimization.
