摘要: Results of a survey olive knot disease in central Italy 2002 and 2003 showed that Pantoea agglomerans was found associated with the pathogen Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. (Ps. savastanoi) 70% knots examined. Pathogenicity tests which these two bacteria were co-inoculated on stems 1-year-old plants at ratios 1:1, 1:100 100:1 growth P. apparently aided by presence an actively growing population Ps. savastanoi. At same time, however, dominant inoculation site tended to depress savastanoi, probably because competition for space nutrients between means antibiotic production agglomerans. In some cases association agglomerans, culture produce indole-3-acetic acid but not cytokinins, resulted increase size knots. This boosting effect proliferation due release IAA this bacterium sites.
