摘要: Abstract Incubation of [ 14 C]-labeled glucose with human LDL resulted in incorporation radioactivity into trichloroacetic acid precipitable protein that increased time incubation and was proportional to the concentration glucose. 5 mM C]-glucose 4.5 mg/ml for 120 hours at 37°C 1.2 moles radiolabeled incorporated per mole apolipoprotein B (250,000 daltons).
