摘要: Abstract Incubation of [ 14 C]-labeled glucose with human LDL resulted in incorporation radioactivity into trichloroacetic acid precipitable protein that increased time incubation and was proportional to the concentration glucose. 5 mM C]-glucose 4.5 mg/ml for 120 hours at 37°C 1.2 moles radiolabeled incorporated per mole apolipoprotein B (250,000 daltons). Immunoprecipitation labeled anti-human by Ouchterlony double diffusion followed autoradiography a band coincided immunoprecipitate. It is concluded non-enzymatically reacts primary amino groups resulting glycosylated -LDL. 200 48 glycosylated-LDL derivative containing 13.7 B. The 125 I-glycosylated bound, internalized degraded normal fibroblasts rate slower than observed I-LDL.
