摘要: There has been a recent resurgence of studies on the relation between ion fluxes and cell proliferation. It is now clear that activity expression several classes channels not only depend proliferative or quiescent state cells, but in turn, regulate these states. Thus, channel function limited to excitability homeostasis, intimately linked regulation all aspects cellular life, from fertilization proliferation, wound healing establishment embryonic axes. Channel affects processes by participating control functions as diverse migration, apoptosis, neurite extension, pathfinding. The precise mechanisms actions are still largely unknown, convergence modern physiology with application molecular biology mammalian cells appears very promising. We briefly review some advances this field, standpoint cycle. summarize what known relationship cycle normal neoplastic focus regulatory pathways which modulate transition nonproliferative states, special attention those triggered integrin-mediated adhesion extracellular matrix.
