摘要: The ability to detect antigens immunologically is limited by the affinity of antibodies and amount antigens. We have now succeeded in creating a modular, facile amplification system, termed fluorescent catalyzed T7 polymerase technique (FACTT). Such system can protein targets specifically at subfemtomolar levels ( approximately 0.08 fM). describe here detection Her2 (also known as Neu) from rodent human sera. FACTT adaptable high-throughput screening automation provides practical method enhance current ELISAs medical practice.
