摘要: Abstract Purpose To assess the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) and corneal stromal thickness following laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia or myopic astigmatism. Setting Private clinic Turkey. Methods The database of patients who had LASIK was retrospectively reviewed. Preoperative postoperative IOP were measured both eyes 353 by noncontact tonometry ultrasonic pachymetry, respectively. correlation changes evaluated regression analysis. Results Laser associated with a mean decrease pachymetry 46.7 μm ± 28.9 (SD) 2.8 2.1 mm Hg. There significant decreases ( P Conclusion after related to thickness, although there may be other contributing factors.
