摘要: This research used multilevel modeling to investigate the hypothesis that restrained eaters increase dietary restriction when they expect drink alcohol. Undergraduate women (39 eaters; 40 unrestrained eaters) monitored their food and alcohol intake for ten days. Restrained eaters, on average, consumed fewer calories per day than eaters. Although intent did not impact overall caloric of prior drinking, reported significantly eating episodes days participants intended drink. Given generally had one major implication higher levels intoxication would be increased risk negative alcohol-related consequences. Future should extend this study evaluate consequences occur with intoxication.
