摘要: Summary Hourly observations on six days during the 1965–66 breeding season are presented, graphically, and analysed. Although there was distinct diurnal change in temperature light intensity changes numbers of adults, pairs comfort movements, birds upright asleep, ecstatic displays, building entering leaving rookery 10 min observational periods were not so rhythmical. Some evidence variation numbers, with mid-day minimum, appeared January. It is suggested that this due to necessity for bring food their chicks at regular intervals; earlier when demands do have be met behaviour governed largely by climatic expediency.
