摘要: The problem of scattering in multimode optical fibres is treated a rigorous way by means both ray and statistical approach. These two methods are interlaced harmonized. Applications to microbending, ellipticity, core radius maximum numerical aperture variations, fluctuations index profile shape performed. Useful results about power distribution fibre attenuation derived each case.
