Prediction of mechanical properties of A357 alloy using artificial neural network

摘要: Abstract The workpieces of A357 alloy were routinely heat treated to the T6 state in order gain an adequate mechanical property. properties these depend mainly on solid-solution temperature, time, artificial aging temperature and time. An neural network (ANN) model with a back-propagation (BP) algorithm was used predict alloy, effects treatment processes behavior this studied. results show that BP is able high accuracy. This reflect influence treatments alloy. Isograms ultimate tensile strength elongation drawn same picture, which are very helpful understand relationship among parameters, elongation.
