摘要: Salidroside has a wide range of pharmacological activities, including antitumor, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fertility abilities. In the present study, effects salidroside on viability apoptosis bladder cancer cells, potential underlying mechanisms, were examined. treatment with reduced cell viability, induced caspase-9/3 activation in T24 human carcinoma line. autophagy, promoted protein expression nucleoporin p62 microtubule-associated proteins 1A/1B light chain 3B, suppressed phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) phosphorylated kinase B (p-Akt) expression, inhibited matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) increased that Bcl-2-associated X protein, which functions as an regulator cells. it was demonstrated effect cells through autophagy/PI3K/Akt MMP-9 signaling pathways.
