摘要: The identification of the chaff used as temper in ancient ceramics represents a possible source information about area origin pottery. This paper studies occurrence rice (Oryza sp.) potsherds from archaeological site Sumhuram (Dhofar, Sultanate Oman). gathered at offers insight into commerce routes and networks to which town belonged first centuries AD. analysis plant material pottery can also furnish interesting data on technologies production.
