摘要: We attempted to systematically determine the association between dietary intake of vitamin C and risk prostate cancer. PubMed Embase were searched obtain eligible studies published before February 2015. Cohort or case-control that reported relative (RR)/odds ratio (OR) estimates with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for cancer included. Eighteen regarding finally obtained, a total 103,658 subjects. The pooled RR highest versus lowest categories was 0.89 (95%CI: 0.83-0.94; p = 0.000) evidence moderate heterogeneity (I(2) 39.4%, 0.045). Meta-regression analysis suggested study design accounted major proportion heterogeneity. Stratifying overall according yielded RRs 0.92 0.86-0.99, 0.027) among cohort 0.80 0.71-0.89, studies, no in either subgroup. In dose-response analysis, an inverse linear relationship established, 150 mg/day conferred 0.91 0.84-0.98, 0.018) 0.95 0.90-0.99, 0.039) 0.79 0.69-0.91, 0.001) studies. conclusion, from food inversely associated this meta-analysis.
