Sol–gel synthesis of composite powders in the TiO 2 –TeO 2 –SeO 2 system

摘要: The aim of this paper is to study the gel formation tendency in TiO2–TeO2–SeO2 system. Telluric acid (H6TeO6), selenous (H2SeO3) and titanium butoxide were used as precursors dissolved ethylene glycol. Transparent monolithic bright yellow colored gels are situated between 40–100 mol% TiO2, up 20 mol% SeO2 65 mol% TeO2. phase transformations as-prepared heat-treated 700 °C investigated by XRD. chemical states C, Ti, Se Te characterized means XPS. Organic OH groups participate amorphous organic–inorganic structure 250–300 °C. inorganic phases above 300 °C consists SeO3, TiO6 TeOn structural units. UV–Vis spectra binary three-component exhibited a redshift cutoff comparison with those Ti due presence selenium tellurium Gel region ternary system
