摘要: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathways are frequently involved in generating cell fate diversity a number of organisms. During anterior–posterior and dorso–ventral polarity the Drosophila egg chamber eggshell, EGFR leads to determinative events follicle layer. A high level Gurken signal expression argos dorsal midline cells. Lateral cells, receiving lower signal, can continue express Broad-Complex (BR-C) differentiate into cells which produce chorionic appendages. Misexpression mid-oogenesis causes retain BR-C, resulting single fused large appendage. Evidence that directly repress Gurken-induced is seen when premature induced earlier oogenesis. It represses at stage 5–6 oogenesis determines posterior occasionally eggs with anteriors both ends. We propose 9 induces take on two fates, lateral, each producing different parts eggshell one key downstream genes required select between these fates. Dev.
