摘要: SUMMARY A molecular approach was used to study the phylogeny of 12 genera Prasinophyceae and two Pedinophyceae (Chlorophyta). The based on maximum likelihood LogDet transformation analyses a 1094-basepair fragment large subunit ribulose-l,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (rbcL), chloroplast-encoded gene. With inclusion homologous sequences from cyanobacteria (Anabaena PCC 7120 Anacystis nidulans (Richter) Drout et Daily) prochlorophyte(Prochlorothrix hollandica Burger-Wiersma, Stal Mur), reconstructions suggested that species referred family Mamiellaceae are secondarily reduced forms rather than most ancestral eukaryotic green plants. systematic position Micromonas pusilla (Butcher) Manton Parke morphology is ambiguous, but rbcL-based inferences indicated it related Mamiellaceae. In spite being morphologically very different, Pycnococcus Pseudoscourfieldia appear be closely related, included in Pycnococcaceae. phylogenetic framework when first second codon positions identifies Mamiellaceae, Pycnococcaceae, Halosphaer-aceae, Mesostigmataceae as monophyletic families, whereas Chlorodendraceae appears polyphyletic origin. However, this branching pattern not confirmed by bootstrap analyses. analysts matrix also supported close relationship among belonging (including pusiila) pedinophytes form separate group. prasinophyte resolved giving tree topology similar those obtained A relative rate test showed rbcL gene has evolved at slower speed Prasinophyceae.
