摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy of high-speed Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) and fundus microperimetry (MP-1) in identifying anatomic functional features ischemic diabetic maculopathy. Design Prospective noninterventional study. Participants Forty-two consecutive eyes (23 patients) with maculopathy 40 normal (25 control subjects) were included this Methods Best corrected visual acuity, ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness measured FD-OCT, central light sensitivity recorded MP-1 evaluated. Results GCC significantly reduced all affected versus eyes. logMAR BVCA was correlated mean macular (R = 0.783, R2 = 0.611). Conclusions integrated fluorescein angiography could be a marker retinal vascular abnormalities that is useful for diagnosis
