摘要: Transforming growth factor (TGF-beta) seems to play a role in the regulation of immune responses, mainly by its suppressive function towards cells system. However, both mice and human, conflicting data are published on capacity TGF-beta induce interleukin (IL)-10 secretion naive skewed T cell populations. Our aim was test IL-10-inducing cord blood mononuclear (CBMCs) elucidate mechanism which exerts effect. Therefore, CBMCs during skewing under helper 1 (Th1) Th2 polarizing conditions were stimulated with CD3 and/or CD28 presence or absence TGF-beta. Proliferation, cytokine production mRNA expression transcription factors measured. enhanced IL-10 Th1 only, suppressed T(H)1 phenotype as demonstrated levels T-box (T-bet) expression. Interestingly, forkhead box p3 (Foxp3) tended increase cells. These indicate that can regulatory Th1-polarized derived from blood. The induction not observed Th2-polarized phenotype, indicating might be especially interest for immunomodulation
