摘要: Examining the role of labour inspection in context revival market regulation, authors distinguish between Latin model, where inspectors have authority to tailor enforcement firms' exigencies, and less flexible Llnited States approach. The model can reconcile regulation with economic flexibility transform into shock troops a campaign for decent work. But its vulnerability arbitrary behaviour on their part needs be addressed through: management organizational cultures; exposure sys- tematization tacit knowledge underpinning inspectors' judgements; research relationship standards business practices.
