摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays a crucial role in angiogenesis and progression of malignant brain tumors. Given the significance tumor microenvironment general, established paracrine VEGF signaling glioblastoma (GBM) biology particular, we explored potential autocrine control human astrocytoma behavior by VEGF. Using range cell molecular approaches to study panel (grade III IV/GBM)-derived lines series clinical specimens from low- high-grade astrocytomas, show that co-expression receptors (VEGFRs) occurs commonly cells.
