摘要: Abstract Technology assessment was originally conceived of as an analytic activity, aimed at providing decision makers with objective analysis effects a technology. Early in the history technology assessment, it became clear that projects must involve multiple perspectives. In United States, this led to stakeholder involvement analysis. number European countries, however, forms developed which product relatively minor importance compared interactive process: consensus conferences and constructive alternative forms. This article discusses four paradigms assessment: classical paradigm; Office Assessment (OTA) public assessment; assessment. It concludes views its position between academia politics lead dilemmas for organizations, especially after demise OTA. stresses experimenting various ways conducting assessments addressing quality control.
