摘要: The elimination of mercury (Hg) in blood was investigated 14 chloralkali workers exposed to metallic Hg vapour for 1-24 (median 10) years. Blood and urine samples were collected on several eight) occasions during a period 17-26 days. initial concentrations about 80 nmol/l whole (B-Hg) 17 nmol/mmol creatinine (U-Hg). decrease blood, plasma (P) erythrocytes (Ery) best characterised by two compartment model. In model with common half life all subjects, the fit B-Hg obtained lives 3.8 days fast phase 45 slow phase. shorter P-Hg than Ery-Hg, whereas opposite case phases longer, relative fractions higher (about 50%) after long term exposure those 20%) reported brief exposure. Slower indicates accumulation organs lives, possibly presence at least one additional, even slower compartment. U-Hg fluctuated substantially sampling period, average decreased only slightly.
