摘要: Autoantibodies directed against a variety of nuclear, cytoplasmic and extracellular autoantigens are serological hallmark systemic sclerosis. This review provides an overview the history clinical association many autoantibodies identified in SSc sera to date. Some these predate diagnosis SSc, some pathogenic while others have no apparent role pathogenesis.
