摘要: Developing pea fruits (Pisum sativum L.) offer a unique opportunity to study growth and development in tissue that is responsive both gibberellins (GAs) auxin (4-chloroindole-3-acetic acid[4-CI-IAA]). To begin molecular analysis of the interaction GAs auxins fruit development, vivo labeling with [35S]methionine coupled two-dimensional gel electrophoresis were used characterize de novo synthesis proteins during gibberellic acid (GA3)-, 4-CI-indoleacetic acid-, seed-induced pericarp growth. The most significant reproducible polypeptide changes observed between weights 20 60. Comparing about 250 synthesized revealed seed removal changed pattern substantially. We identified one class polypeptides was uniquely induced five classes affected by hormone treatment. latter included 4-CI-IAA-induced, GA3-induced, GA3- 4-CI-IAA-repressed, 4-CI-IAA-repressed polypeptides. Similar patterns protein expression associated treatments; however, GA3 or 4-CI-IAA treatment also indicate effects on this process are not equivalent. In general, application plus replaced synthesis, supporting our hypothesis hormones involved development.
