摘要: There is increasing evidence of a link between head injury and the subsequent onset Alzheimer’s disease. Deposits amyloid β-protein (Aβ) are found not only in cases dementia pugilistica but some 30% patients dying after single episode severe injury. Detailed clinicopathological studies have shown that Aβ deposition most likely, exclusively, to occur, older patient at time injury, if result fall. Distribution widely deposited neocortex there no apparent association with any multiple primary or secondary pathologies traumatic brain an increased expression β-APP particularly pre-α cells entorhinal cortex areas axonal damage. Recent molecular genetic strong deposits As apolipoprotein E genotype individual.
