摘要: [1] In this study we present 3-D data assimilation using CRRES and Versatile Electron Radiation Belt Model (VERB) a newly developed operator-splitting method. Simulations with synthetic show that the Kalman filtering technique proposed in can successfully reconstruct underlying dynamic evolution of radiation belts. The method is further verified by comparison conventional filter. We applied new approach to real globally dynamics belts pitch angle, energy, L shell dependent observations. An time cross section global results for nearly equatorially mirroring particles high low values first adiabatic invariants clearly difference between radial profiles phase space density. At μ = 700 MeV/G reanalysis shows clear peak density, while at lower energy 70 MeV/G are monotonic. Since obtained from one reanalysis, differences reflect physical processes responsible belt energetic relativistic electrons.
