摘要: Abstract Serum concentrations of IgE, IgG, and α 2 -macroglobulin ( M) were determined in 67 children with renal disease appropriate controls. IgE significantly elevated patients proteinuria, including those minimal change nephrotic syndrome (MCNS). IgG lower M higher proteinuria than without proteinuria. In 16 who had a decrease therapy, there was concomitant mean serum level. All nine MCNS following therapy whereas eight the increase IgG. The findings suggest possibility that may play an etiologic role childhood syndrome, both represent unusual responses to antigens are seldom identified. Elevations secondary lowered or entirely nonspecific alterations metabolism proteinuric other possibilities. Further studies elucidate disease, nature altered this immunoglobulin, warranted.
