摘要: We describe a procedure for measuring concentrations of cocaine in plasma by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, with ion-pairing. The involves solvent extraction followed back-extraction dilute acid. n-propyl ester benzoylecgonine is used as an internal standard. An evaporation step not required, and low 5 micrograms/L can be quantified. Plasma determined chromatography correlated well those previously reported gas-chromatographic nitrogen detection.
