摘要: Thermal degradation of some substances due to high temperature at the injection port and/or type technique used may limit usefulness gas chromatography with conventional detectors or coupled mass spectrometry. To minimize thermal cocaine and its metabolites, was performed using two different insert liners a cool on-column inlet. When packed liner, marked all compounds observed. The process reduced by use an open liner and, when inlet employed, essentially no occurred.
