摘要: We studied the content of tocopherols, tocotrienols and carotenoids in oil extracted from kernels 15 apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) genotypes associated yield samples. The was a wide range 27.2–61.4% (w/w) dry weight basis. For each class compounds (tocochromanols carotenoids), three-fold difference found between lowest highest (78.8–258.5 0.15–0.53 mg/100 g oil, respectively). γ-Tocopherol accounted for 91–94% total tocochromanols detected all tested Lutein, zeaxanthin, β-cryptoxanthin β-carotene were main among eight different kernel oils; they comprised 76–94% content, compositions characteristic specific genotypes. lipophilic antioxidants oils significantly affected by genotype. negatively correlated with amount (r = −0.910) (r = −0.704) oils.
