摘要: Background. Autoantibodies against apolipoprotein A-1 (anti-ApoA-1 IgG) were demonstrated to be associated with cardiovascular outcomes in several inflammatory diseases. As balanced inflammation is critical for uncomplicated pregnancy, we aimed investigate the prevalence of anti-ApoA-1 IgG and anti-c-terminal ApoA-1 autoantibodies (Ac-terAA1 a cohort pregnant women their potential relationship threatened abortion (TA). Methods. Between 2012 2014, 371 consecutive outpatient included this study followed until delivery. Anti-ApoA-1 anti-Ac-terAA1 measured by ELISA technique on serum samples collected between 24th 26th week pregnancy. Associations TA tested using linear regression analysis C-statistics. Results. Median age was 34 Caucasian ethnicity (90.5%). occurred 10 (2.7%). C-statistics indicated that levels upon inclusion predictive (0.73, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.69-0.78, 0.76, CI 0.71-0.80, , respectively). At prespecified cutoff, negative value (NPV) 100%. For IgG, at optimal NPV 99%. Linear models risk associations independent presence autoimmune diseases both ( ). Anti-Ac-terAA1 IgG-positive individuals more frequently non-Caucasians Conclusion. are independently during pregnancy an appealing NPV. The causal biological mechanisms underlying association as well possible clinical relevance these findings require further investigations.
