摘要: Purpose: When applying diagnostic ultrasound to guide focused (FUS) thermal therapy, high frame rate ultrasonictemperature monitoring is valuable in better treatment control and dose monitoring. However, one of the potential problems encountered when performing a FUS procedure interference between imaging systems. Potential means overcoming this problem include switch system (limited by reduced imaging) or development complex synchronization protocols therapeutic ultrasonic apparatus implementation efforts both for software hardware designs, low widespread diffusion). In paper, we apply an asynchronous idea retrieving FUS-interference-free during therapy. Methods: Tone-burst delivery mode energy employed our method, systems are purposely operated manner. Such operation causes saturate sequential image frames at different A-lines; thus clean A-lines from several can be extracted total energy-thresholding technique then combined reconstruct interference-free B-mode images temperature estimation. The performance proposed method demonstrated phantom experiments. Relationships duty-cycle with maximum reconstructed corresponding increase also studied. Its was evaluated compared existing manually synchronous approaches. Results: By proper selection duty-cycle, using increased up tenfold that provided approach. Our capable pushing same order as approach while avoiding sacrificing observable field view (FOV) mapping. Conclusions: easily implemented allows improved rate, without need sacrifice FOV. This technology may provide effective alternative real-time temperaturemeasuring ablation procedures integrated into current intensity
