摘要: Objective: This study aims to identify factors associated with greater impact of vaginal symptoms on the functioning and well-being postmenopausal women. Methods: Postmenopausal women who reported dryness, itching, irritation, or pain sexual activity completed multidimensional Day-to-day Impact Vaginal Aging (DIVA) questionnaire underwent assessment multiple sociodemographic clinical that have potential influence symptoms. Multivariable linear regression analyses examined relationships between selected participant characteristics DIVA scale scores assessing symptom activities daily living, emotional well-being, self-concept body image, functioning. Results: Among 745 symptomatic participants, mean (SD) age was 56 (9) years, 66% were racial/ethnic minorities.
