摘要: The D7 subfamily of salivary proteins is widespread in blood sucking Diptera and belongs to the superfamily pheromone/odourant binding proteins. Although are among most abundant adult female mosquitoes sand flies, their role feeding remains elusive. In present work we report sequence seventeen novel proteins, propose an evolutionary scenario for appearance several forms this protein, based on a total twenty-one sequences from Culex quinquefasciatus, Aedes aegypti, Anopheles gambiae, An. arabiensis, stephensi, darlingi Lutzomyia longipalpis Phlebotomus papatasi flies.
