摘要: Abstract The effect of electro-acupuncture stimulation (EAS) on blood flow in the muscle biceps femoris (MBF) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) was investigated anesthetized, artificially ventilated rats. EAS applied to a hindpaw for 30 s at intensities 0.1–10.0 mA frequencies 1–20 Hz, MBF measured by laser Doppler flowmetry. less than 1.0 mA, which excited group II fibers maximally III partially saphenous nerve, had no significant or MAP, although both revealed variable responses. 1.5 additionally almost subthreshold IV fibers, produced small but increase MAP. These responses were further increased 2.0 more, suprathreshold fibers. response 10.0 followed decrease MBF. more also elicited renal (RBF) an pressor response. Following severance bilateral splanchnic nerves, induced only slight MAP abolished following lumbar sympathetic trunks (LSTs). In conclusion, stimulus strength sufficient excite afferent particularly can produce reflex via activation activity, this is overridden caused passively increase, least activity.
