摘要: Abstract The mechanism of action naringin has been investigated in different models experimentally induced cough guinea pigs. In contrast to codeine phosphate (6 mg/kg, intravenous administration [i. v.]), (15, 30, and 60 i. v.) had no central antitussive effect on elicited by electrical stimulation the superior laryngeal nerve. Naringin (0.5, 1.0, 2.0 µmol) could not prevent reflex trachea after intracerebroventricular injection (i. c. v.), while (0.5 was highly effective. Further characterizing peripheral naringin, we found that its (50 affected depletion sensory neuropeptides, whereas levodropropizine (10 lost capacity capsaicin-desensitized pig. Furthermore, pretreatment with glibenclamide intraperitoneal p.]) significantly reduced pinacidil (5 subcutaneous [s. c.]), but antagonize (30 s. c.). Our present results suggest is a drug. And does exert through either neuropeptides system or modulation ATP-sensitive K (+) channels.
