摘要: In order to control and manage urban air quality, public authorities require an integrated approach that incorporates direct measurements modelling of mean pollutant concentrations. These have be performed by means operational tools, simulate the transport pollutants within above canopy over a large number streets. The models must able assess rapidly variety situations with limited computing resources. SIRANE is dispersion model based on simplified description geometry adopts parametric relations for transfer phenomena out canopy. The streets in city district are modelled as network connected street segments. flow each driven component external wind parallel street, assumed uniformly mixed street. contains three main mechanisms street: advection along axis, diffusion across interface between overlying exchanges other at intersections. The advected or diffused taken into account using Gaussian plume model, standard deviations σy σz parameterised similarity theory. input data final geometry, meteorological parameters, background concentration domain emissions network.
