摘要: All alloys of the type $\ensuremath{\beta}$-brass decrease their concentration range in disordered state as temperature is lowered. The original theory Jones shown to be inadequate, and observed variation with phase boundaries follow directly from assumption that $\ensuremath{\beta}$-phase has a slightly lower characteristic than neighboring phases.Beta-brass an extremely high elastic anisotropy. This property part result anomalously low value $\frac{({C}_{11}\ensuremath{-}{C}_{12})}{2}$, which interpretable terms lattice inter-ionic interactions. interpretation also explains positive coefficient ${E}_{100}$.
