摘要: Abstract Purpose Biliary atresia (BA) is a neonatal disease that results in the obliteration of biliary tree. The murine model BA has been established where rhesus rotavirus (RRV) infection newborn mice leads to an obstructive cholangiopathy. We determined whether maternal postconception vaccination could prevent BA. Materials and Methods Female were mated injected intraperitoneally with one following materials: purified strains RRV or Wa, high low-dose Rotateq (Merck Co Inc, Whitehouse Station, NJ) (a pentavalent vaccine [PRV]), recombinant viral antigens (VP6) influenza (NP), saline. B-cell–deficient females also underwent PRV injection. Results Maternal improves survival pups infected RRV. Serum IgG, but not IgA, levels increased delivered from dams who received RRV, PRV, VP6, case VP6 groups, these antibodies neutralizing. Postconception injection high-dose did improve born dams. Conclusion against can rotavirus-induced mouse pups.
