摘要: Stanniocalcin (STC) is a polypeptide hormone that was first discovered in fishes, where it functions as regulator of calcium and phosphate homoeostasis. Recently, complementary DNAs encoding human STC (hSTC) have been characterized, recombinant hSTC has synthesized bacterial expression system.
