摘要: Abstract The amorphous nature is the dominant state of as deposited Cu2S films. Films were aged for 3, 6 and 12 months. films 12 months are poly crystalline within nano scale. (1 0 2), (1 1 0), (1 0 3) (1 1 2) preferred orientations aging. calculated crystallite sizes 13, 29, 33 54 nm respectively. optical gap direct; it increases with increasing aging time well oscillation energy constant A.
