摘要: Numerical simulations were carried out in order to study the effect of various types magnetic fields (steady vertical and horizontal a combination steady field DC electric current) on melt convection interface shape during directional solidification multi-crystalline silicon ingots. It is shown that can decrease deflection. The electromagnetic produced by current through produce stirring for relatively small value electrical current. Consequently, more uniform distribution dopants impurities be obtained crystals. rotation rate easily controlled intensity
