摘要: Mutations at the K-RAS locus in colon cancer cells are frequently associated with lack of responsiveness to therapy EGFR inhibitors, as a consequence activation Ras-dependent intracellular signals. Here we report case carrying novel combination mutations involving codon 13 (Gly Asp) and 19 (Leu Phe), on separate alleles. The double mutation was restricted tumor bearing mucinous-like phenotype.
